- Reviewed in the United States on April 21, 2018Format: PaperbackVerified PurchaseThis is an excellent guide for beginners to both to brewing and to gardening, keeping everything simple but fairly comprehensive. A very easy read I've chewed through in a day and intend to reference quite often over time. It's a little difficult to write much about because it does exactly what it sets out to be without drowning in bells and whistles. I'm excited to try some of the recipes (especially the mum), and though it wasn't my intent going in genuinely feel like I would enjoy taking a swing at malting since the guides have cleared up a lot of prior confusion.
